Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. "The Good: Excellent location connected to a small mall and across from a large one. The rooms were very clean, breakfast had good options, and the staff was incredibly helpful—even offering room upgrades and a portable cooler.The Bad: The AC is a major problem hotel-wide. The temperature will not drop below 24°C, making the rooms feel very hot. Hilton needs to upgrade these units."
