ホテル内には、和食、洋食は勿論、ホテルで経営している軽食などを販売している施設などもあり、地下鉄２号線「建国門」駅から徒歩５分のアクセス。 清掃員も感じが良く、無料のミネラルウォーターを毎日４本くれました。
故宮への入場は、最寄り駅から徒歩１５分位掛かります。 夕方５時に閉館するので４時半には駅に向かった方が無難。
北京動物園のパンダ館には7/12訪問の時は７頭のパンダが居ましたが、兎に角時間が有れば７時半の開園からがお薦め。 パンダ館にはトイレがないのでその前に用足しをお薦め。 再入場は、再度入場券を購入の必要があるみたいでしたが、我々は初めの入場証を見せたら入れてくれました。

とても快適に過ごせましたので、北京に滞在する際はまた利用したいと思います。 （前日に利用した別のホテルと比較して、ウォシュレット有りと、水道・シャワーの十分な水量と温度が心地良く感じました）

さすがニューオータニ！というレベルのホテルです。日本人にとってこれ以上のホテルは北京に無いですね。私は毎回お世話になっています。

4月だったが、予想に反して少し暑い日が続いた。部屋のエアコンが冷房になっておらず、少し不快感があった。朝食もそれなりに豪華で問題はないが、従業員の態度が悪く、それが気になった、とても5つ星ホテルの従業員とは思えない振舞だった。

5 star comfort if you fix the pillows and slippers

One of the best maintained old hotels in Beijing, New Otani has been consistently well maintained the 2 times I have stayed here. The price so far has been fair and the hotel is of a 4 Star standard or imagine an older 5 star hotel. The rooms are very clean and the hotel in general has been upkept very well. I do have a complaint about the pillows as they are too high! I am nitpicking here but the room slippers are very poor quality too.

中国旅行の初日に１泊しました。 初めてのひとり旅だったので、日本人スタッフに北京事情の数々を質問できて心強かったです。 長城観光の為に、最近開通したばかりの北京北駅始発の高鉄指定席もホテルから簡単に予約してもらいました。 長城駅まで約30分、往復料金は予約手数料込みで約120元。 快適な高鉄体験と長城ハイキングができました。その上、時間と料金が大幅に節約できてお薦めです。 高鉄は二等席でしたが日本の新幹線の普通席以上の車内です。

北京 でも有名な歴史があるホテル、我が国の首相が宿泊することでもわかります。日本語スタッフも常駐しているので安心。市内中心部から近く便利。また周辺にコンビニあり。

部屋は清潔。部屋のドアのカードキーロックの反応が悪かったり、お手洗いもやや設備に古さあるなど。ただお手洗いにウォシュレットがついていたのはうれしい誤算。サービスは可もなく、不可もなく。 飛行機が遅れ、ホテルに到着したのが夜の１１時近く。周辺にその時間ご飯を食べれる店がなく困った。（ルームサービスも検討したが、近くにローソンを見つけ、そこで買ってきて済ませた。） 地下鉄・建国門駅からはＢ出口が便利。但し、駅のエスカレータは上りしかなく、階段は急。重いスーツケースをもっているなら、地下鉄の利用は避けたほうが無難（特に、チェックアウト後）。

地下鉄 建国門駅のB出口から歩いて5分ほどです。 全体的に古い印象は否めませんが、清潔に保たれていて必要なものもそろっていますし日本語のできるスタッフもいて安心して滞在できました。また北京を訪れることがあれば利用したいと思います。

空港、鉄道駅が近いです！

地下鉄建国門駅出口B.Cから近い。周囲には手頃な飲食店やマーケットは無いのでチョッと不便！日本系のホテルにふさわしく依頼事、相談には的確に対応してくれる。有名な観光地は地下鉄で数駅圏内、立地も好い！日本語がサクサク通じるだけで個人旅行者には安心です！

チェックインで手間取ってたら、日本人スタッフがすぐに来て丁寧に対応してくれた。 部屋もとてもきれいで（一部リノベーション中とのこと）大変快適に過ごせました。 サービスも非常に良く、日本人には安心出来るホテルです。 現地ツアーもこのホテルが集合となっているものが多いようです。 但し、周りには食事をするところやお土産などの買い物が出来るところはほとんどありません。（ローソンは建物とつながっており、マクドナルドは目の前）最寄りの建国門までは歩いて5分程度、ワンフーチーには地下鉄で2駅です。 スケジュール的に短い滞在の方は、夜遅くまでお店やレストランがやっている繁華街に近いホテルの方がいいかもしれません。
