"Spacious room, check in is fast however we booked room for 3 with club access but was told that the breakfast and lounge access is only for 2 and we have to pay additional one pax. Feedback to Hotels.com but the reply wasn’t helpful at all. Convenient location, 5 mins to Wang Fu Jing and subway station. There’s a interesting local market that’s about 10 mins walk away where you can get local food."

"Absolutely perfect stay! Staff could not do enough to help even when my package was delivered to an alternative address they rang and sorted it out for me. It was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and we had a cake delivered, room decorated and a fruit bowl on arrival. The amenities in room were wonderful, shower, bath, robes, slipper and a very comfortable large bed were wonderful. Location was great and approx £8 in a didi from the airport and the same to train station for bullet train . There is a mall adjacent with a large food court in the basement and a Starbucks next to hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again if or when we are in Beijing again. "

"hotel location is great but hotel is old . some things needs to be replace and refurbish . Toilet is old design"

"Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are big. Provide turn-down service and gave us eye masks! "

"Nice hotel. Very spacious room. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. Only negative it was not cool enough in the room. Thermostat set at 23-25 Celsius. "

"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly, ensuring that our needs were met. The room itself was spacious enough for my family of 4."

"The hotel was great, staff were very helpful, location was perfect for exploring, off the main road so was quiet but very close to subway and city centre. Laundry room proved useful for us although it can be exceptionally busy. Our child's breakfast was not bookable via expedia so assumed it was already - apparently it wasn't. I think this was expedia at fault for not providing the option but could have been staff training. We were able to get early check in at 0600 which was very much appreciated. Overall very good experience."
