Rooms and facilities are very nice, I wasn’t aware that the hotel have a preferred section on the beach that I was not able to use, also the hotel has 4 restaurants for dinner and they do not give out appointments, first come first serve, it doesn’t work very well for most people, unless you want to eat at 5:30 pm, most people have to wait at least 45 minutes to be seated and we ended up eating close to 10 pm.
There is also a buffet restaurant that only opens for breakfast and lunch, not for dinner.
Staff is very nice and tries to help with anything.

My husband and I absolutely loved the hotel! The staff, the pool, and the breathtaking views were incredible. We especially enjoyed the amazing swimming beaches — they were fantastic! We had an unforgettable stay and can't wait to come back soon!

The resort was nice,beautiful & clean and everyone was very friendly
Food was okay but needs another dining option. I would get rid of the expensive upscale one and replace with a nice restaurant with regular steakhouse options. Italian restaurants view was fabulous but can’t say same about food.

Not staffed properly for busy holiday. Waited for over 2 hours to get a table for dinner. Long waits to get drinks at the bar. Wish tge restaurants would take reservations. Otherwise very nice, comfortable, relaxing experience.
