Staff are friendly and proactively offering to assist while they greet you.
There were only bath tub and fixed shower head (without any handheld ones).
The rooms have high ceiling, which makes you feel spacious.
TV channels were very limited, couldn’t find CNN, BBC, etc.
The buffet breakfast restaurant was also spacious, choices of food were quite basic.

Carlton City is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Singapore. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk from the MRT station (Tanjong Pagar), which offers a direct line to the airport and easy access to the rest of the city. The area is very clean, modern, and safe.
The room was impressive and featured a built-in water filter for drinking water, which was a brilliant and sustainable touch. I also loved being right next to a mall with endless food options nearby. The staff were consistently friendly and the whole property felt very contemporary. Highly recommend for both business and leisure!
