This was our 2nd time at a MONday Apart and it lived up to our high expectations. Friendly English/Japanese staff made check-in a breeze. The Room: The Superior Family Room was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) with two larger-than-twin beds pushed together and bunk beds for the kids. No view, but great blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep. Only 2 rooms per floor made it quiet and private. It had a classic Japanese bath/shower with toiletries, and a kitchen equipped with a good-sized fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, pots, and plates. It had everything we needed and more! Safety: Excellent. Completely keyless entry. You use keypad codes for the room and elevator, and a code is required for the main lobby after hours. Location & Transit: Highly walkable and safe. It’s a 10-minute walk to Hamamatsucho Station, making trips to Tokyo, Shibuya, and teamLab easy. Tokyo Tower is just a 15-minute walk. Lots of small local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Airport Access: Haneda Airport is a direct shot to Hamamatsucho Station via the Tokyo Monorail (rapid train is the 1st/last stop, then a 10-min walk). Because we had 4 large bags and 2 kids, we took a taxi van instead, which took a stress-free 30 minutes. They even lent us umbrellas on our one rainy day. Small lobby, but completely functional. We will definitely be back!

Loved the sauna and the large tub

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

The location and accommodation were quite satisfactory. Most of the staff members were pleasant, with a single exception who was unable to assist us with a dining reservation.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Tokyo, this is it! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely incredible. The hotel was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, and the staff made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. Everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and always happy to answer questions. The location honestly couldn’t have been better. It was tucked away on a quiet street, so we slept great every night, but within just a few minutes we were surrounded by amazing restaurants, shopping, temples, and everything Asakusa has to offer. The train station was an easy walk, making it effortless to get anywhere in Tokyo—we never had trouble getting around. One of the biggest surprises was the room size. By Tokyo standards, it was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for our luggage and to actually relax after long days of exploring. We truly couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It became our home away from home during our Japan adventure, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. 10/10—highly recommend!

The rooms need a face lift.

Great hotel with spacious well thought out rooms. The rooms were clean and the onsen was nice and well maintained. Excellent value for money. The only issue I would say is that the area is a little far out which is nice because it is quiet but it makes commuting a bit more difficult.

This is a really nice room. I only stayed for a couple days but I would have been very comfortable here for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped - you get a fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, induction hob, pots, pans, rice cooker, cups (hot and cold), plates, bowls, utensils, even paper towels, and plastic wrap. The room also has an in-unit washer/dryer, and even a little vacuum. There's also a large table which was nice (many hotels, even aparthotels have tiny tables). The room I had included a bunk and a couch, and a "king" sized bed (which is two twin mattresses stuck together, but that wasn't a problem). The bed was firm but comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in between Akihabara station and Asakusabashi station, so you'll be walking for a few minutes to get on the train. It's convenient to Senso-ji, Skytree, and Akihabara. There are also konbini's, a little grocery store, and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The inn sits at a local street steps away from the shrine and garden. We had a marvelous Japanese style breakfast. The front desk is really helpful in welcoming us and arranging the taxi. This is our place to stay when doing a short hop in Narita airport.

The room was pretty spacious for Japan. The biggest perks was the washer and dryer in the room and they had a microwave, toaster, freezer and fridgerator in the space. I’d say it’s family friendly and the room was clean. They don’t necessarily offer cleaning daily but you can request for items at the front desk as needed like towels or more toilet paper, etc. It was nice having convent stores so close by, but I’d prefer it a bit closer to a train station. I mean it wasn’t super far from a train station but with all the walking in Japan, I’d wish I was closer to a station so things like restaurants, department stores were a bit closer. Still a great hotel!

Location was not quite as accessable as the Minn Nihonbashi was stayed at, but it was clean and quite reasonably priced (split among 6 people). There were plenty of neccessary ammeneties nearby and the people working there were all kind, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. They even recommended an airport shuttle service which proved to be quite helpful to us. Would be quite happy to stay here again.

We love that we had enough space for 5 people. It was very near to 2 train stations. We were early for check in but they took us anyway.
