We loved the resort overall. The room was clean and housekeeping very punctual leaving bed nicely made . Majority of staff very helpful. We were assigned a member who was to help with dinner reservations and anything we needed but saw him only once 2 days after check-in however any we asked were very pleasant and helpful. The buffets were excellent both for breakfast and lunch. A wide variety of foods and that icecream was delish as well as desserts. The upscale restaurants we went to were excellent . We had Japanese/ Peruvian fusion, steakhouse and Italian. We went to desk to confirm our dinner reservations and we weren’t in system for that evening and the next. The female concierge in section 4 failed to book for us. Thankfully the gentleman at the reservations desk offered to help us and we were booked for our choices. One major downfall was The Travel Club Presentation where we were told we would have breakfast and given a tour if new hotel actually turned into an approximately 3 hr sales presentation . We had three reps trying to pressure us and would not take no for an answer until we said enough is enough and we are not interested. So unless you’re willing to spend thousands of dollars BEWARE!
