View of Tokyo Tower was great.
Room service was timely and well presented. They could have had better options for breakfast.
Taxi rank was excellent.

The wifi did not work after 7pm the Sizzler is not good. No one told me that i paid for the shared lounge until my last day so i didn't get to use it. The air conditioner broke.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Restaurant served excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The rooftop terrace has a pretty poor menu - we went once and vowed we would never return there. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Didn’t love the self check in but otherwise, had a lovely stay!
