A few issues i had in the room was it was severly neglected with a lot of broken items. Toilet paper holder, alexa doesnt do what the instructions card said it was capable of, phone didn't work either. A light under the bed wouldnt turn off. Spotlights for bed reading were broken. A light was broken and hanging by its electrical cord. Refrigerator was broken. Maintain your brand new property!

The facility is excellent. The staff are excellent, super friendly and helpful, the restaurant was great, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, and it was very nice and secure. In general, downtown Atlanta can be a little bit gritty, but that would be the same for any hotel in that area.

The hotel was nice! I was disappointed that the pool was down and my understanding is that it’s been down for a year! The staff were always nice!

Love this property, always excellent! They upgraded the showers to glass/tile recently. It's always so cozy and safe, excellent beds and cotton sheets (not poly blend! Yay!). The staff is excellent, impeccable service. When I'm in ATL I don't know why I stay anywhere else. Love the Whitley.

There is no housekeeping during the stay that is not unusual these days but on the longer stay it becomes more of an issue because they don’t refill your coffee in the room or take away the garbage. Other than that it was fine.

This is my second time staying at the University Inn. The University Inn is very convenient for me when I visit my child at Emory. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The rooms are clean and the staff will accommodate towards your need. I will use it again!
