Nice stay with a wonderful view

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean property. Only wish the window could be slightly opened to let in fresh air.

Great location, a little dated but nice and clean.

The room was very spacious, extremely clean, with an amazing view of the city for an affordable price. I highly recommend for anyone who is going to book an hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, hot water, pool, tropical atmosphere, and right in the heart of everything. What more could you ask for?

This property checks all the boxes. Very conveniently located in Causeway Bay near shops and restaurants. MTR is a three min walk. Small boutique feel. Modern. Very helpful staff. Not a resort just a small exceptional property.

All the above services are very bad and the staffs are not helpful. I will not come back again and will not recommend to my friends and associates.

Nice stay with a wonderful view

The joining rooms were actually larger than you'd normally find in HK - and that was great. The location and pricing can't be beat. The afternoon happy hour was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff was awesome. But either pre-book the breakfast, or skip it (and it's not really worth the price anyway). We tried to buy breakfast one day during our stay. It was a complete nightmare. The staff at breakfast knew the price, but didn't know how to collect the payment. There's no option to pay there or to charge it to your room. We tried to figure it out with them for a while before they said we needed to go to the lobby and pre-book before we could eat (by then, the 4- and 6-year-olds were losing their minds). We decided to skip it and leave and find food elsewhere, but they let us eat instead. But as soon as you have breakfast, you'll then be forced to go to the reception desk immediately to settle the bill. Just a clusterf*. We didn't make this mistake again - we just skipped it every day with so many great choices all within walking distance.

The rooms were clean and the location was great. However, the front desk could use better organization. During my check-in, the staff accidentally assigned a couple to a room that was already occupied—by another couple in bed! Talk about a welcoming surprise.
