Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

깨끗하고 멋진 호델입니다 직원들도 친절하지만 무엇이던 필요한건 직접 알아보세요 호텔을 통하면 가격이 두배이상 올라갑니다 **예를들어 호텔에서 불러준 택시를 우버보다 세배 비싸게 이용했었고 **애견 수의사가 주는 출국서류 역시 직접 병원에 알아보니 세배 정도 높았습니다 조식은 훌륭하고 일식 뺀 나머지 식당들은 맛은 괜찮은편 이지만 종류가 너무없어 외부에 식당들을 이용했습니다 CHIN's(Chinese food -10분) 이나 Ballalena Cabo(fusion food & view 맛집 - 15분) 강추 드립니다. 호텔 버틀러는 비추트립니다 고용하시면 여행비 만 올라갑니다 호텔만 보면 강추 할 정도로 추억에 오래 남을 휼륭한 리죠트 입니다 저는 와이프가 너무 좋아해서 두번째 온겁니다 좋은 여행되세요
