Pretty good condition But The room was too cold at night even though I operates heater. No house sleeper, tooth brush. On the last day no amenity arranged.

대중교통 이용하기 편합니다. 트램이용이 편합니다.바로옆에 편의점도 있습니다.
일회용 치약,칫솔 제공 안됩니다. 참고하세요 . 오래된 호텔이지만 청결하고 친철합니다. 엘리베이터 많이 작아요.

Accueil très agréable. Déçue par la variété du petit-déjeuner et les chambres pourraient bénéficier d'un petit rafraîchissement sur les finitions (moquette, rideaux), mais l'atmosphère est magique et rétro (jolis meubles et luminaires anciens rappelant un esprit "Titanic"). Literie, oreillers et linge de superbe qualité. Grand choix de chaînes Tv. Grande chambre très confortable et bien équipée.

Not the best experience
The hotel is up for renovation, the bathroom had several broken tiles that opened up my bare feet. Also the shower was not working correctly

3 nätters resa för att hälsa på sonen som studerar i Bryssel. Perfekt med trevligt läge. Nära till ett litet Carrefour och bra allmänna kommunikationer . Missa inte att besöka The Rustic table på Ave Louise 423 för brunch eller fika!

De la rénovation à faire
Bel établissement, salle de restaurant, hall d'accueil, avec de beaux décors , néanmoins, les chambres auraient besoin d'une remise en état, odeur désagréable en rentrant dans la chambre, la moquette et les tissus absorbent les mauvaises odeurs - Nous avons peu avoir une autre chambre, mais l'odeur était la même, l'hotel est un peu loin du centre ville de bruxelles - excellent petit déjeuner - copieux - Autre chose, impossible de prendre un verre dans le salon le dimanche soir !

Je tiens à votre disposition les photos. Les chambres sont dans un état pitoyable. La télévision n'est pas connectée. Les téléphones datent d'un autre siècle. Le service en chambre est extremement lent.; etc

If you like lamp shades from 1910; empty mini bar; dreadfully shrieking wardrobe doors; plastic shower curtain and rotten seals around the shower taps then this is your hotel- if not don’t bother to stay there

L hotel è carino negli spazi comuni ma le stanze hanno ancora la moquette ai pavimenti (nel nostro caso pieno di macchie) con un odore di chiuso nella stanza. Personale alla Reception (Elena) molto gentile.

We booked two rooms and stayed with our children for three nights on the 7th floor facing the road.Hotel staff's were excellent.but the noise from the tram travelling up and down was so bad we couldn't have a proper night sleep.

OK, but decor/feel feels a bit tired.
I feel like this place/well, mainly the rooms, could do with some TLC. The kettle didn't work, one of the sockets was hanging off the wall, fan didn't work in toilet, sockets didn't work unless the light was on (!!!), not many sockets in general, bath took ages to run and water wasn't as hot as you'd expect. So yeah, could be good. Location good with tram nearby. Restaurant closed.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was warm and clean, but very characteristically period european rather than modern european furnishing. This added to the character and charm, but with a dated charm are also some features that would benefit from rejuvination. A fully functional hotel, comfortable and safe and at the higher end of the price bracket.

I thought it was a little expensive and the condition of the room had some problems with the hot water never really got fixed. Very corporate.
