“유럽 안에 여행했던 나라, 리조트 중에 가장 만족한 올인크루시브였습니다. 음식도 맛있고 질도 좋고 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 체크인할때 풀페이안하고 호텔에서 계산하는 경우 반드시 현찰을 가지고 가시기 바랍니다. 다른곳에서는 문제없이 썼던 카드가 체크인 할때만 되지않아 30분넘게 씨름하다가 가지고 있는 현금 다 털어서 냈습니다. 이후 다시 현금 뽑느라 서비스비만 많이 냈습니다. ”

“Wonderful stay at the Mitsis Royal Mare, the room and facilities were elegant and perfectly maintained and all staff were lovely and welcoming. We found the food in the themed restaurants great, maybe they could improve the food options for the main restaurant, especially for vegetarian guests. As in many resorts in Crete there were few stray cats and it was nice to notice one of the staff leaving some food and water available for them. They clearly look very hungry and the hotel could certainly...

“Gepflegtes Hotel mit modernen Zimmern ((teilweise eigener Pool oder Whirlpool) Von denen manche sehr weit vom Hauptrestaurant entfernt liegen (alerdings gibt es einen Shuttle auf Bestellung.) Schöner Strand (überwiegend Sand), super Spa und 4 verschiedene Restaurants. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist mittelmäßig. Es gab auffallend viele Familien mit Kleinkindern, und entsprechend war die Atmosphäre, beziehungsweise der Lärmpegel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.”

“L’hôtel en lui-même et tous les services ont été parfait. Le petit. Négatif serait un peu les alentours et après il y a possibilité de prendre les transports publics qui en a bien suffisamment ou une location de voiture ou les prix sont intéressants. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel que j’ai trouvé très intéressant avec un personnel sympathique”

“Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. Really happy.”

“A fantastic hotel. Great position with a large private beach/ coast. Fantastic views. 15 minute costal walk to Agios Nikolaos. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options and first class service. The only area for improvement was the main building sea view room which was a little dated and in need of some modernisation to keep up with the rest of the hotel. The bungalows look great and I when I come back Id go for one of those instead…. Overall this hotel was brilliant. A true 5 star paradise...

“Fantastisk sted! Bodde i nr 305, en av de nyoppussede leilighetene. Kjempefint, rent og veldig delikat. Veldig hyggelige folk som jobbet der, hjelpsomme og blide. Hotellet ligger litt oppi fjellene, og det er litt under 20 minutter å gå ned til stranden. Fortau hele veien. Rett bak hotellet ligger selve Koutouloufari sentrum. Absolutt nydelig sted. Anbefaler både hotell og område på det varmeste. ”

“원데이 투어들이 이른 새벽에 출발했는데 호텔에서 식당을 일찍 열어주어 간단히 아침을 싸가지고 나왔습니다. 룸상태도 매우 좋고 구시가지에 있어 도보로 다니기에 편리합니다. 다만 이른 새벽과 밤에 어두운 골목을 다니기가 무서워 가까운 곳인데도 택시를 탔네요.”

“I booked Seascapes for a week in May 2024 - and was so impressed that I extended my stay for another five days! I can't fault anything: the rooms and amenities are superb, but overall it was the staff that made my stay hugely enjoyable and memorable.
