Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people. All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean.”

“First of all, whole facility was great as like 5 star resort. However, reception team need to improve English especially on how to put 'please or Mr' not to speak of Sir. Most disappointing thing was taxi service to the airport. Even though I booked one day before and paid(no receipt), a taxi did not show up and reception did not have any information. To be honest, not for indivisual family but for group tourists.”

“Excellent experience, super friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have a fabulous holiday, nothing is to much trouble, even though the mostly young staff who work 14 hour shifts always remain polite, friendly and smiley. The beach bar is amazing, I have attached a photo of Mr Sayeds and Mr Samehys amazing team. Hana and Islam buzz about non stop serving drinks, Hana also does an amazing dance on birthdays and special occasions, so prepare to be pounced ha. From burgers, pizzas,...

“처음에 택시 기사가, 이상한 후문 부근으로 내려주어서 매우 외진 곳에 불편하게 위치한 것으로 생각했는데, 알고보니 정문 쪽이 대로 변에 가까우며, 이동에 불편함이 없음, 또한, 직원들 특히 Ibrahim 이라는 직원은 택시 기사의 바가지 요금까지도 막아주는 등 매우 적극적으로 불편함 없도록 도와줌, 매우 고마움. 음식 및 시설 또한 매우 훌륭함. 또 이용 예정.”

“Otel odalarının biraz eski olması haricinde temizlik vs güzeldi. Yemekler pek Türk kültürüne hitap etmiyor kullandıkları baharatlar yüzünden. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve espriliydi. Konum olarak da heryere yakın orta mevkiideydi”
