“Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious. On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop! Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.”

“Limited hot water in shower for 2 days, had to Wait for week day- kept shifting to freezing cold every few seconds. Patricia at reception was wonderful, proactively helpful and informed, she knew exactly what to do even though maintenance were not yet available. She was swift and attentive andbcame straight to the room and fixed the problem on the weekday morning, without me having to wait for maintenance. ”

“The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. The place is quiet and very clean and well maintained, secure and welcoming. Theres only three rooms so its not overly busy and the parking is very secure with a phone controlled gate on entry and exit to the property. “Hotel was good value. Bit tired and ciukd do with a good clean. But was quiet and peaceful and goodvalue for money. Leisure centre only opens at 8.30am after business guest had left and closed at 7.30pm. Suggest dont order the bar food. But would stay again for price location and peace and quier. Only 10.mins drive to CBS arena ”
