Very good
The hotel is very clean and new. The room is large. Everything satisfied. To be honest, I was worried that the place around the hotel looked a little bit dangerous before I visited. But, the location of the hotel is very nice, not dangerous, close to the subway station (both Queensboro plaza, and Queens plaza). It took just a few minutes to reach Manhattan, Flushing, and JFK airport. Everybody including hotel staffs was very kind. If I visit NYC again, I will stay at this hotel again.

I normally don't leave bad review for anything, but this time I have to write an honest review. If you would like a quiet night sleep, then this hotel isn't a good choice. Upon checking in, I was assigned to room #105, which is located on the first floor adjacent to the lobby (the only room on the first floor). Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a persistent and disruptive noise issue throughout the night. We understand the late people check in, and kept quiet till 12:40am. The primary source of the disturbance was one of your employees who engaged in very loud conversations in the lobby area. Despite my attempts to address the matter with the employee directly, the noise persisted, we were unable to get a good night's sleep, and my son didn't play well the next day. (We were in a soccer tournament). The lack of sound insulation or any apparent efforts to mitigate the noise made the situation particularly frustrating.

Excelente estadia! A entrada do hotel é simples mas surpreendemos com o quarto espaçoso, confortável e com limpeza impecável! Chuveiro razoável, com pouca pressão mas que nos atendeu. Lençóis limpos e toalhas trocadas diariamente. Ambiente agradável e atendimento prestativo. Toda a equipe sempre disposta e solícita. Café da manhã bom, tudo fresquinho mas com as mesmas opções. Com uns 2 min de caminhada estávamos dentro da linha de metrô. Ficaria novamente!

great location and good hotel!
I've stayed here before. It is very super clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at reception, Quiet location yet very close to two good stations, good for the E train and the No 7 subway train. The breakfasts were good, although cereals poor. (I brought my own). I liked the fact you could make a cup of tea any time. I would definitely recommend this place and intend to stay here again.

Hall molto basic, senza pretese ma stanze grandi e ben fornite, per la media di New York e dell'America in generale. I letti erano abbastanza comodi (io che soffro di dolori a schiena e collo durante la notte, non ho avuto nessun fastidio, anzi, tutto l'opposto). Non perfettamente pulito (più che altro macchie su moquette, doccia e lenzuola) ma niente di così terribile. Le uniche carenze sono il doccino fisso e la colazione poco varia se si sta per una settimana come noi. Questo hotel è in una posizione perfetta, vicino a due metro (4 e 6 minuti a piedi) che percorrono le linee principali per arrivare ovunque. Linee dirette per Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, battery park, coney Island, stazione airtrain per JFK. Consigliatissimo.

Hotel excelente! Tivemos um ótima experiência no Lic plaza hotel, localização muito boa, próximo a várias linhas de metros, apenas 20 minutos da Times Square. Incluso café da manhã completo e gostoso. A cafeteria fica aberta o dia todo, então você pode fazer compras de mercado e usar as mesas, microondas e forno elétrico. Atendimento muito bom e prestativo. O quarto é confortável e espaçoso, limpo, banheiro bom e chuveiro gostoso. Não tenho reclamações.

I travelled with my mom and 11 year old. The convinience of being so close to the subway was awesome. Literally 20 minutes and your in the city. The rooms were small but clean. The breakfast was mediocre but it was ok. Would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend LIC Plaza hotel for your stay in NYC. Although the location is not in Manhattan, the hotel has many transportation options nearby to be in city centre in a few minutes. The price is pretty good comparing with other options and a simple breakfast is included. Rooms are fully equipped with mircrowave, fridge, iron&board, etc… In case you need a laundry service, you can use a good shop two streets away from the hotel. Here you have some improvements to consider just to give more quality with no big effort: - You can let little bottles of water as a welcome pack in the room. In our case, we arrived at 11pm and we were appreciated them. - Breakfast salon is not supporting all the guest at the same hour, that’s the reason why scheduling hours for all the guests will avoid the little queues at some morning hours.

Rooms are suitable for the price, staff was okay, just a little shady however with how I was treated considering I was actually there more than a handful of times this past 6 months because of work. Anyway my wife is pregnant and I was told I could t bring food to my room yet there were many people in the dining area who were tourists and were noticeably sick coughing sneezing and what have you. I would kept booking if I felt they treated us fairly or the same even as everybody else , we are minorities, I get it , but my money is still good. No worries we wont be back EVER again.

We spent a night here at the LIC Plaza Hotel and will definitely be back. The hotel is located in such a convenient area; I literally booked my birthday dinner around the corner from the hotel without even knowing and it was so nice to not have to move our car! The hotel is kept really clean which is so important to us and the staff members were all so kind and helpful. I have zero complaints. I loved our stay!

Staff very nice and helpful. Room clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood close to subway station, with easy access to Manhattan. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay
Went to New York for marathon run. This hotel is convenient for subways to Manhattan and plenty of restaurant around. Breakfast is nice.

9 jours passés dans cet hôtel qui est parfaitement bien tenu , petit déjeuner compris dans le prix ,copieux et à volonté.Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.L’atout de cet hôtel est son emplacement , proche de 2 stations de métro et de quelques commerces dont un supermarché.
