“This is essentially a bed-and-breakfast hotel. The owners are lovely and attentive. The room was clean and the view of the bay was wonderful He drank tea and ate biscuits early in the mornings before breakfast. There was a small table and comfortable chairs in the bedroom to allow us to look out while we did so.”

“The property is being refurbished. Apparently this has been ongoing since January. Front of building covered in scaffolding, workmen permanently onsite including today. Parking in Llandudno is horrendous. Spent over an hour driving around looking for a space. Definitely won't be going again. Far too much aggravation, not worth the trouble. ”

Only able bodied people as no lift and stairs and hotel on a steep hill.would have rated 5 stars but the mattress was badly worn in twin room and dipped in the middle so felt like you rolled into it which effected a good nights sleep. The property is dated so if that’s not your thing you might be better off with the Premier inn”
