“Immaculately clean, nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, great hosts, friendly and helpful. Every detail has been carefully taken care of to ensure that your stay is exceptional in every way. The location is great, ocean view is spectacular and very relaxing if you have an ocean facing room. A 10 out of 10 stay in every way, we have stayed at the Britannia a couple of times and will definitely stay there again when we are in Llandudno again.”

“For the cost of the hotel I expected better service. There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. The food was fairly good but considering the cost wasn’t worth it as I've eaten better three course meals for less in many other top restaurants. It’s a shame as the setting is lovely with the hotel buildings,...

“The property is being refurbished. Apparently this has been ongoing since January. Front of building covered in scaffolding, workmen permanently onsite including today. Parking in Llandudno is horrendous. Spent over an hour driving around looking for a space. Definitely won't be going again. Far too much aggravation, not worth the trouble. ”

“Have stayed here before and location is fairly central on prom. Nice views of prom and pier/orme from room. Just breakfast and no parking provided but convenient hotel for most needs.”

“Overall, this is a hotel over its star rating. Out of the way of the cheaper town centre hotels. 24hr reception. Easy access to rooms. A bar. A restaurant. Stunning First Class breakfast buffet. Off street car parking (if you time it right). Pleasant & Helpful staff. All in all, a pleasant stay… only let down by idiots staying that feel it’s OK to let doors slam, scream and shout at midnight in their rooms, and a big thanks to the occupant of Room 204 who felt it acceptable to shout ‘GOOD...
