“위치는 체스터 시내에 있어 주변을 관광하기에 나쁘지 않았고 직윈들도 아주 친절했습니다. 다만 횐경친화적이라는 이유로 청소를 적게 한 것인지 객실 청소는 아주 만족스럽지는 않았습니다.”

“We came here after we got married for a little mini-moon. The room had rose petals on the bed which was a nice touch from the hotel - thank you! We stayed in the Flamingo room and made the most of the lovely copper bath. It was gorgeous. Big room with a seperate area with sofa tv and kitchenette. Perfect for one night but could also be good if you were staying longer. Couldn’t fault the hotel, had everything we needed and staff were super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back...

Good position Excellent self service breakfast more food than you could eat fruit yogurt juice toast tea coffee full english breakfast including mushroom hash browns. Room was small excellent bathroom minor flats loose tap and towel rail but both worked. Clean tea coffee supplies daily. Overall excellent. Would recommend. Lift being relaxed. ”

“Hotel and surroundings are impeccable. Staff and breakfast was amazing. We were allocated a room on top floor 315 The rooms are small and in our opinion this room should have been single occupancy. The bed was pushed up against a wall so you couldn’t get out either side and when my husband tried to get out he would hit his head on the slanted roof. We are late 40s and still agile however I doubt elderly or less agile would cope.”

“Pleasantly surprised as would not normally pick to stay in a hotel at service station but the room was great - very comfortable bed and really modern and clean. The staff at check-in and out where really friendly. Prefect place if you need somewhere to spent the night. ”
