“Great communication, property beautifully decorated. Alrhough no parking there is a 24hr carpaek 5minutes walk away and reasonably priced. Easy to unload bags as road next to it has 1hr free parking. 5min walk and you are in centre of the town which is stunning”

“Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious. On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop! Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.”

Patricia at reception was wonderful, proactively helpful and informed, she knew exactly what to do even though maintenance were not yet available. She was swift and attentive andbcame straight to the room and fixed the problem on the weekday morning, without me having to wait for maintenance. ”

“Clean, comfortable and it felt secure. Comms all by text, but responsive. Didn’t meet anyone personally. Be aware you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer which was not highlighted on Expedia - it worked fine and was transferred back to me within 24 hours. Nothing nearby, aside from Aldi. ”

“The manager was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. It made for a excellent stay near the hospital and was convenient to downtown shopping and food. The Brewery District is a couple minute walk and great for a bite and pint. ”

“The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution. The business owner is also very kind and he will also give you all the information you need to move around the area.”

“We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended.”

“It is ideally located in centre of town, a park across the road and river that runs by the apartment. The church bells rang on Sunday morning at 11am which was nice. The downside for some would be the noise from the road and bar downstairs but the convenience of being in town centre means there would be some noise so we did not mind. There is 20 mins parking outside in layby by baths or 2 hours across small park to unload then car park has ability to pay 24 hours at a time on phone. It has good...

“Right in the middle of town but out of the noise bustle of the town. Lots of space in the apartment and very clean and quiet. ”

“The staff at the Spa, the reception staff, were completely hospitable. The location was brilliant. It was proper quiet at night, and although very near the town centre, we were able to sleep like logs. After Brexit, most of these Romanian and Polish had decided to return. Our loss. Thank God that some have remained with their warm and kind approach, which is quite different from the cold and reserved reception from some other hotels. ”
