โWe had fantastic service inside the hotel and at the delicious restaurant. The setting is gorgeous with views of the bay on all sides. The room was nicely sized and beds were comfortable. Itโs a a great, central location to be able to attend various locations all over the Olympic Peninaula!โ
โSuper awkward walking in to the front desk person on the phone, a personal call on speaker and the person is talking about their period and schizophreniaโฆshe also gave us wrong directions to our room ๐ The hotel is clean and beautiful. They give a little history recap at check in and that was really cool. We got the private bathroom & jetted tub room, totes worth the extra. Overall, will stay again. โ
โVery comfortable bed and room, excellent location, loved drinking coffee on our patio overlooking the sea and watching the boats come and go from the harbor and the birds and other wildlife-we watched otters playing on our last day! Very quiet and fun little beach just steps down from our room. Short walk to two local and fun cafes. No elevator so you need to be able to carry your belongings upstairs or ask for the first floor. Older motel but nice updates in rooms. Would absolutely return to...
โGood ol'fashioned motel. Nothing spectacular as far as the property goes, but the friendliness of the helpful staff sets Sundowner apart. Would gladly stay here again! โ
โThe hotel is located in a convenient place from where the port to Seattle is very near. The room was big and convenient. The breakfast was good enough.โ
โThere was a bit of a fiasco with the reservation, not the motel's fault at all though. And when they couldn't find me they were about to give me a complimentary room until it got settled! Fortunately, it all got straightened out and I was able to go to my room. They were patient and friendly through the whole experience and gave me a bottled water. I would stay here again and recommend it. Thank you for you patiyand understanding in the mix up!โ
