"I was in town for just one night and ended up booking this last minute. I’ve never stayed at a motel before because of the stigma, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, and the owner at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. A nice bonus was the smart TV, which let me log into my own accounts and relax. "The room was clean but that didn't make up for an air conditioner that didn't work on a hot humid night! The manager said all he could do for my wife & I was offer us another room with single bed; when we had paid for a room with 2 queen beds. I declined the offer and we literally sweated out the night; no sleep! That's the last time we ever stay there!!! Also there was no ice bucket liner, no tissues, only 1 small bar of soap & only half a roll of toilet paper for 2 people!"

"The place didn't sparkle -- not even a little bit. The room was okay, at best, yet every piece of furniture had significant marring, including missing pieces of laminate or veneer. And the lampshades were stained (three out of four were). But the bathroom was not clean -- mold on shower liner, a different color of mold in the shower corner, and splatter on the wall by the toilet; unwiped dirt above and below the bathroom tissue holder. As to the linens and towels, they were clean. I paid a premium rate because the race was in town. What I experienced was not suitable at lower prices. Right or not, I chose to skip the breakfast due to a lack of confidence that food came from a kitchen whose cleanliness I couldn't trust. If management would like to dispute this, I have more pictures."

"My friend and I came into the hotel late and settled in. We immediately noticed the couch was filthy but decided that we just wouldn’t use it since we would be there less than 12 hours. When my friend was in the shower I pulled back the sheets and discovered that there was blood on the sheets and at least one of the pillows. I felt grossed out by this as I didn’t know where else hadn’t been cleaned so I called front desk and requested to switch rooms, they hotel was clearly not fully booked, but they refused my request because we had “used the room” they brought up sheets and had US change the sheets ourselves. Expedia did offer to help with relocation but it was 1 am already and we just wanted to sleep a few hours and leave. Expedia did request that the hotel give a partial refund and they also declined that. Overall, a health and human safety issue. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The staff was very helpful and kind upon arrival Friday evening as we where there for a graduation ceremony Saturday morning. The property has a huge problem with Roaches inside the rooms being used on the property. The rooms where located on the 2 nd floor for my family. Once exiting the elevator you where meet with yellow stains in the hallway carpet for days it appeared like throw up . Once we located the room at first glance it presented as two good rooms for a few days. Once evening came we began noticing baby roaches. So micro you almost missed them. We both agreed we would let staff know which we did let the staff know and they apologize and would notify the manager. The rooms where located next to each other divided by one room in between the rooms. Room1 had big adult roaches and baby roaches located near the bed night stand with the light and charger . The closet had baby roaches as well as the kitchen near the refrigerator back area huge roach. The next room associated to the stay had roaches near the doorway entry when you enter the room to greet you. This was a disappointment as we have stayed at this property before and have not experienced roaches in the rooms. When one travels this is the last thing they want to bring home to there environment. Please advise and get the facility an exterminator as it is a major concern. Sadly this will be our last time staying here as my entire family is scared of bringing home unwanted critters.. Rodriguez Family"
