"My 4th time staying at this hotel. Shuttle bus drivers are courteous and helpful, and having a convenience store in the bldg is always nice though the sign said it could be super packed at night. The only thing I didn’t care for is how thin the wall is. A lady staying in the next room had multiple episodes of bad coughs-> gagging at night, and it sure woke me up. Also, because this hotel is right by the Centrair Airport, you’ll hear people in and out throughout the night, some are very quiet while others talk very loudly in the hallway at 2am. How quiet your environment for a good night time sleep really depends on your neighbors. Overall I still think this is a good place to stay for the price."
"Great inside the airports walk distance absolutely convenient. Will be back to visit while transit travel. Front desk a great job for guide us what we needed, make us simple as it is or easy access really helpful . Thank you."
"Room is very spacious including a living area and very clean as well. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea and it also provides free shuttle service to and fro the JR station which is very convenient.
Not all the staff can speak good English, especially the front desk. Need some improvement on that aspect.
The spa (onsen) is at the sister hotel which is a Japanese style hotel down the hill. The onsen is very special with pearl accent in the hot spring water."
"We decided to come even if we don’t have a dog, but this was not a problem. Of course, you have to like dogs, because most people come with their dogs. But everyone is very respectful.
The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful.
The dinner & the breakfast were delicious, a mix of fish, meat, veggies… We stayed 2 nights and we were positively surprised that they made an effort to serve us a few different dishes for our second dinner and breakfast.
Onsen is small but very nice and comfortable. Perfect after a long day around in Toba or the islands around.
We loved our stay very much! Thank you!"
"Although the staff were mostly able to speak English, many of the signs were only in Japanese. This included the instructions on the toilet and the kettle. Google came to the rescue and translated whatever we needed.
The restaurant staff were very helpful and even gave us a tour of the extensive buffet the first evening. The buffet food was delicious and plentiful.
Our room was twice as big as we expected, which was a nice surprise! I wonder if we accidentally reserved a suite, which would certainly account for the high price. 🤔
There was a bedroom and separate living room, each with its own flat-screen television.
The air-conditioning worked well, as did the remote control for the room lights, which provided good lighting.
The bathroom was big, too, and like the living room it had windows looking out on the sea."
