"Shower controls are crazy bad, no pressure control , leaking all night, no easy outlets near bed for phone charging. Room was outdated technically, aesthetically. Pillows way too hard. "

"Staff were very attentive and helpful. We arrived early and were given the option to have our belongings stored while were explored the city until we were able to check in. Bedroom decor and bathroom were beautiful. It was great being right next to the central station which provided easy access to transportation. Although it was within the city centre, we were able sleep peacefully at night. "
