"This was a great find (2 room apartment) for a family of four with two teenagers. The apartment was wonderful. My only complaint was that we flew in early and although I had filled out the pre-check in that said we would be there early, the receptionist (although I would hesitate to give the wrong impression--this isn't a hotel with a lobby and receptionists) informed us that we couldn't store luggage or even sit by the pool to wait for our room. I was not upset our room wasn't ready to be checked into early. I totally understand that. However, to not have a place to store luggage or be allowed to sit by the pool to wait should be clear because this isn't a normal hotel. Essentially this is a brand new apartment building that is renting out unused apartments, so they aren't set up like a normal hotel."
