“I had a great stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Detroit Lakes MN. The rooms were clean, well kept, and weren’t musty smelling like many are in the dog days of summer. The hot breakfast had many options and the coffee at this location was delicious.”
“For the price, this was an excellent hotel. The pool and hot tub were in excellent shape. There was a hot breakfast and all of the staff were very attentive and friendly. There were many restaurants within a mile or two. I would not hesitate to stay there in the future.”

“This was our favorite hotel on our trip! Clean, wonderful and accommodating staff, friendly hosts. Pool was clean but hot tub was out of commission. Conveniently located near the lake, a store across the street. Small town but superb hotel. They had two weddings and were full to the brim but worked hard to keep us in our same room the entire time. Will definitely stay again.”
“We stayed at the Clara City, Viking Inn. Room was clean and spacious with table and chairs. I enjoyed the welcome bag of goodies (water, popcorn, etc.) and loved the decor. Lobby had a Kcup coffee machine and there was an outside grill and firepit. We’d stay here again!”
