โGreat hotel with comfortable beds and good customer service. Only thing missing - no microwaves which is difficult with a child who has medical issues and canโt eat at restaurants but they graciously used the break room microwave when we needed it. โ
โI understand this was off season, but Mccormicks was closed most of our stay. This was not listed. Still had to door dash food and beverage.. (other party had vehicle at orientation). The vending also only took cash. Other than that great place directly on campus. โ
โThis was an incredible place to stay! So convenient to Graceland tour, etc. If you are going to do the Elvis experience, this is the place to stay. Beautiful hotel and grounds, excellent service and the rooms were wonderful. โ
โWe stopped for the night on the way to Florida. Itโs nothing special but itโs a good motel. Good water pressure in the bathroom and clean beds. It is really close to a truck stop and the highway so itโs not the most quiet but overall it was exactly what we needed. โ
โThe hotel was peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean. The restaurant was nice. Pool was clean. There was no towel-swan on my bed, but that's alright! Overall a good experience. They really need a coffee maker on the upper levels though!!! It stinks when you have to go downstairs for coffee in your pj's!โ
โLove the lobby. My first room was not clean, but changing to another room was met with the utmost courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. I love the lobby staff. From the minute I booked my hotel stay, during my stay and after my checkout, communication has been Excellent. The bed and linens are very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Not in the best part of town, but the hotel has security and is gated. I felt completely safe. I highly recommend Vitality โ
โWe had a minor issue with our toilet in our room. Jeremy the front desk clerk came and looked at it then switched us to another room. He was wonderful!! Also, the three ladies that were doing the breakfast were outstanding and so friendly! I definitely would return if I am ever in this area again. โ
