"The smell of smoke in the room was very over powering. The room was a bit dirty. Light-switches were filthy and the floors had food and hair. At least the bed was clean and comfy which makes this room ok for the night. A/C worked good."

"The only downside for this property is no onsite parking due to the urban environment. Had to either find a nearby curb spot or park in a public garage a couple blocks away. The garage was annoying because of the pay-as-you-exit machine. It only accepted credit cards (no cash) and there's no onsite attendant. Worst of all thenhsilly machine rejected my perfectly good Mastercard and I had to use a fellow traveler's card! I later used my own card for purchases with no problems! Other than that hassle, the Inn was a great treat - very atmospheric and comfortable. "

"My first day the breakfast was great. The second day I asked for more biscuits for the sausage gravy and never received them. "

"Overall average. Staff were great! We had 3 families book a stay- one room had a bunch of hairs in the bed (under the sheets). The water pressure of the shower was so light it was like a trickle. "

"The parking situation is really crazy. You pay for parking through a non-hotel entity and it is handled separately from the hotel bill (via QR code and confusing instructions). No way in this location should guests have to pay for parking. Room was fine but toilet flush was antiquated, difficult to use and NOISY. Could not turn on the light in the bathroom without keeping the extractor fan on. Also noisy. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly but I would not choose to stay there again."
