"Over all is good for what we needed the space which was sleep, even tho the property looks bad from the outside, the room are actually modern looking, unfortunately we seen baby roaches, and a few things that were not clean. But I do recommend for a night or two.
Reception told us check out was at 9am not 11 like the add says that was unexpected. "
"No one at the counter when we showed up. Took 20 mins for them to get there. Door would not lock and no latch on the door. No hot water in the room. Carpet was very dirty. "

"The hotel itself was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and when we had a complaint about a confusion in rooms the staff was very understanding and made sure to immediately look into it. My only complaint was the area around the hotel is old and dirty. We walked to little Tokyo and there was a lot of alleys that smelled terrible but that’s not the hotels fault. We loved that although the room was small it was big enough for my and my 6’2” husband and our stuff. "

"I was on an international trip layover at LAX airport, when booking the hotel on expedia, it's over 12am, so the reservation automatically went to the next day. I went to Hilton with the shuttle anyway, the staff was very helpful in changing my staying date. Even though I only stayed for a few hours in a hotel, it's very helful that between the long trip, I got a few hours' relax at Hilton"
"I reserved a shared bedroom with 3 other girls, and the bed was nice and comfy. I had a little bit of trouble falling asleep because my bunkmate snores very loudly, but that's not the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.
I didn't try any food options at the facility or nearby locations, so I can't make any comments about that."
