"I booked the hotel on February 21 and checked in on February 22 because that day we were very busy. We extended our stay and stayed at the hotel until March 9, so we spent quite a long time here. very busy hotel, The housekeeping department was generally better, and several housekeeping staffs were kind and pleasant, room was clean. Silvia, one of the cleaning lady was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good. However, the front desk needs significant improvement in both professionalism and customer service. Some staffs were not friendly, not knowledgeable enough about their duties, slow in handling issues, In particular, one Black gentleman at the front desk as very pushy and rude during both in-person and phone interactions, which made the experience uncomfortable. Even after we checked out, the front desk told me they would send my receipt by email, but I still have not received it. Today when I called the hotel, the front desk lady said she needed to help another guest and would come back to me, but she never returned to the call, so I eventually had to hang up myself. Jose, the front desk manager, was very professional and handled issues quickly and efficiently. His professionalism, communication skills, and attitude toward guests showed the highest level of service we experienced at the hotel. It was easy to understand why he is the manager. I hope Jose and the hotel can provide additional training to the front desk staff."

"신박한호텔... 리뷰에서 싱글여행자한테 좋은평가를 받았던데 나 역시 그렇게 생각함.둘이서 한방에 머물긴 좀 작을수있는데 혼자머물기엔 여기보다 가성비좋은 호텔은 다운타운앨에이에 없을듯함.펫 알러지가 심한편이라 호텔을 찾을때도 Pet free 호텔을 찾는편인데 시티즌엠을 알기전엔 일박에 400불내고 JW Marriott에 머물렀씀.여기 3박에 400불 조금 넘으니 참 저렴...쾌적하고 방에구비된 아이패드로 거의모든 기능을 컨트롤할수있어서 편함.방이 작다보니 커피가 없지만 그정도는 애교로봐줌..작은 서랍식 냉장고도 있으니 웬만한건 다 갖추고 있다고 보여짐.마지막으로 레인샤워 수압좋고 침대매트레쓰가 extra firm이고 시트가 부드러워 딱 내스타일.앞으로도 엘에이에 여행가게되면 내 원픽호텔임."

I had a trouble that out of hotel service actually, but he fully supported me and makes our vacation successful. I really appreciated for him. Since I am Japanese, my English is not well. However, he was really kind. It is not enough 5star to express his excellent service."
