"The parking situation was very confusing and misleading. We had to pay $35 for parking which they don’t add the pricing of their parking in their listing."

"Extremely convenient location with very spacious clean rooms even for a family of four with two queen beds. Staff was great and provided water when we requested it. No complaints about the hotel and staff at all. The street can get noisy but I always have a white noise playlist on my iPad and raise it up at night. Does the trick every time. "

"I was here for one night. The room just gave off an eerie feeling. Felt like there was a lot of empty space, and a big red stain on the carpet near the bed. I felt a little catfished by the pictures online, but I made due and tried to just ignore it. I’ve stayed at the Westin across the way, and felt like I was completely safe. So I thought why not book this one. Felt like I was in a motel when I got to my room. Overall, staff was nice when checking in + valet was helpful. They tweak the valet pricing when you receive your invoice at the end. They said it’d be $55 or so for valet and it ended up being $95 after all of their crazy fees! "

"Honestly a good cheap place for downtown LA and a good spot in between Chinatown, Little Tokyo, City Hall, and the Mexican Plaza. They are under construction right now. The prices honestly matched what I was expecting, so no surprise there. I hope even after they finish constuction, that theh keep prices low/reasonable. New Air conditioning/heating system in the room. "

"The facilities have been modernized and they have a very nice spectrum of athletic equipment. However, the real treat is the staff. They were very cordial, attentive, and helpful."

"Staff is very nice and helpful. Curb side loading and unloading is convenient though sometimes very crowded. A nice moderately priced DTLA hotel. Just be aware the rooms are clean but very small. "
