“Location is superb and our room overlooking the lake was in an ideal position. Decor and furnishings are modern and tasteful, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner were delicious - all in all a memorable stay and wish it had been longer”

“Very comfortable and spacious accommodation and incredibly helpful reception staff who went above and beyond both prior to, during and after our stay when we had a problem with pickup of a package we needed on- forwarded to our final destination. They couldn't have been more helpful. ”

“Very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and amenities were awesome. Had trouble finding parking especially since we reached at 12:30 in the night. As most European hotels there was no AC and it was very hot in the room even though we had fans. I don’t think the self check-in was very efficient when it came to getting answers to some imminent questions like parking, AC, possibility of a late checkout.”

“Everything was wonderful. It is a beautiful place with scenic surroundings.Only suggestion is if you want to book go on their hotel website as they said expedia does hide few things about them and if you are making reservation through expedia then you are only hotel guest not resort guest ( means not all the activities are included and you have to pay for them seperately).”

“Amazing location. The only problem and it is minor, is that the check-in process is a bit confusing. A little nerve wracking standing in a foreign space wondering if you're going to have a room. Overall though, we'd go back. ”
