“The hotel is beautiful and modern which we liked. It did lack in some big areas and I frankly expected better. The toilet was dirty on arrival and I don’t mean just a little. There were dried urine stains over the seat, the toilet, the base and the floor. Not sure how this could even be missed (which I can only assume means they don’t clean properly). It was resolved straight away but we shouldn’t have had to ask. The staff in the hotel were good. However, not so much at the onsite restaurant...

“We had a lovely stay at the High Corner Inn. It is a lovely pub in a beautiful area of the New Forest. The food is great, we had dinner and breakfast in the pub. As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn.”

“We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. “Beautiful room and very comfortable bed. Perfectly situated for shops and restaurants in Wimborne. We loved it. ”

“My second time staying here. Checked in easy enough with the accommodation across the road at the lodge. The room had nice décor although the bathroom looked a little tired. I used the onsite gym facilities which did not have a lot of people in and allowed me to use the work stations and benches when I wanted to. The shower was good, the bed very comfy and breakfast across at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. A lovely place to stay.”
