“Very enjoyable ”

“The hotel is beautiful and modern which we liked. It did lack in some big areas and I frankly expected better. The toilet was dirty on arrival and I don’t mean just a little. There were dried urine stains over the seat, the toilet, the base and the floor. Not sure how this could even be missed (which I can only assume means they don’t clean properly). It was resolved straight away but we shouldn’t have had to ask. The staff in the hotel were good. However, not so much at the onsite restaurant...

“We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The room was fine for one night but the sash window was faulty and wouldn’t stay open. Overall highly recommended ”
