โJane and Ged were fantastic: so friendly and welcoming, and the place is lovely. We stayed in the top floor room with the air conditioning due to the heat, and slept comfortably despite the hot weather. The bathroom was a little snug for my broad shoulders, but still fine.
No breakfast Nov-May so can't comment on that, but they gave us some suggestions for other places to eat, which were all fantastic.

โLoved this place. Opposite BIC so not far to go home! Hotel great communication after I altered room set up. It was exactly as I'd asked. They were so friendly, particularly on reception. Lovely large clean windows with pier/sea view. Will definitely stay again when attending BIC. Only quibble, very little choice at breakfast. Not a lot of healthy food, no fruit and coffee was odd. Cooked food was good.โ
โClean room, with coffee and tea facilities in the room! Spa was clean, modern and great outdoor pool! Would definitely book again! Nice view of the seaside and close to the centre of Bournemouth. Only downside was the parking, as limited spaces best to get there early to get a spot. โ
โA lovely peaceful hotel, beautifully decorated. Pleasant staff. Relaxing bar and lounge. Good choice at breakfast. Free parking and ideally located with a shortish walk to the beach (via Toft zigzag). Not too far from town centre which is 5 mins by car.โ

The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it.
Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in.

โA real hidden gem!! My wife and I had a great weekend break to celebrate her 60th birthday at the Balincourt Guest House. The whole place has a lovely vibe very clean with great service at breakfast with loads of options. We definitely return. โ
โLovely stay, food very good and staff were very attentive and excellent service. The only thing was there was a problem with the hot water and the bathroom door handle was broken. This was sorted out as soon as we informed the staff who were extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying there again!โ
โDas Hotel lag nicht weit weg von einem sehr schรถnen Strand. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tรผr eignet sich perfekt fรผr Ausflรผge. In direkter Umgebung gibt es auch auรerhalb des Hotels gutes Essen und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Service war super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt als Familie. Auch der Hauseigene Pool war super um Abends noch ein wenig zu entspannenโ
