“My wife and I who are both in our seventh and lung cancer survivors and I had a whole knee replacement last year when we arrived we were booked in on the 3rdfloor the lift only went to the 2nd floor we had to use the stairs with our luggage to get to our room which didn't have a fridge witch my wife needed for her medication we got one after we complained it also didn't have a safe or air-conditioning on the plus side the location was perfect but it definitely was not 4 star as you advertised...

“This hotel has the potential to be a brilliant place to stay but it needs a serious refurb in its current state. Arriving, the entrance and lobby were well maintained and nicely decorated however, entering the first floor you notice the office like false ceiling.
