"O lugar tem tudo pra ser ótimo, as instalações são boas, os quartos são bonitos, a localização tbm é boa, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar! Eles tem um cachorro e o lugar tem um cheiro muito forte porque fica o tempo todo fechado, fica cheio de pelo e com marcas no chão, não acho que o problema seja o doguinho, só precisam melhorar na limpeza mesmo! "No 24h reception as advertised. We didn't have the front door key, so we had to phone call someone to open the door or bang the door until heard. Bathroom door doesn't close. The assigned room had the wrong number of beds. We only had breakfast one of the two days because the cook was away due to low demand. There wasn't any water available on breakfast."
