"I was in this hotel for 4 days 3nights from Friday to Monday, without cleaning the room even though I requested the room to be cleaned. Secondly, I left my Honda car key in the room when checking out, i called the hotel several times but yet to receive any feedback. I feel terribly disappointed in the behavior of the staff of the hotel."

"I stayed for two nights and it was okay. They ran out of water so I didn’t get any. Every time I turned on the hot water, the knob would violently shake so I took very quick showers. The ac is on all day and night and so I had to partially cover it."

"My husband and I are in in our mid-late 70's. I drove to Clinton Hill area to see our daughter. She felt it wise for me to get Uber for the short distance to the hotel at 11pm. When I checked out at 10am the next day, I enjoyed my walk from the hotel to her and felt perfectly safe. "
