"Rooms were well maintained, our bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect- right in Times Square- perfect distance from our Broadway shows. Would stay here again. We did not use the restaurant- just got bagels nearby!"

"Location ia excellent! Beware large school groups that may travel together as this hotel caters to that, aka there may be a wait for an elevator. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Beds very cozy. Bathrooms need a fan and some updates as there were cracks and mildew stains. Overall glad it was so close to everything you want to be at, and transportion too! With just a touch of elegance to begin and end your day, its a great choice"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The sofa pullout bed had visible stains, and there were no sheets provided for the pullout at all. The other beds had an unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable for my family to sleep. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the floors throughout the unit were dirty. Overall, the room did not appear to have been maintained or prepared for guests. Additionally, the amenities advertised were not available. There was no breakfast, no kitchen access, and no vending machines—everything seemed shut down as if the property was in the process of closing. The parking lot was in very poor condition, and I unfortunately got a flat tire due to the state of the roads, which I have photos of. The listing photos are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. My children did not feel comfortable staying, but due to the late hour, we had no other option. I would not recommend staying here. "

"There is a free shuttle to the Dream Mall and train station. Staff is great. Rooms are dated, but clean. Will stay again. "
