"Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom is very small. No towel racks, small sink counter. Carpet needed vacuuming. When AC is on its extreme loud…too loud to keep on when trying to sleep therefore room got uncomfortably warm for me. Beds were comfortable. Location is great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"Room was clean. Staff was great. Even made reservations for us to celebrate our 15th anniversary at an amazing restaurant. I wish they had a microwave in the room. It was noisy to us because we’re use to quiet and not being around construction areas (downtown). Other than that it was great and within walking distance to everything in Times Square."

"The lobby is nice but that’s about it. I arrived and they made me pay another $200 for a “facility fee.” That’s on top of the about $1000 I’d already paid at booking for 4 nights. The beds only had flat sheets. No fitted sheet. No duvet cover. Just two flat sheets below and on top of the duvet insert. Only water was on the 4th floor. Was told check out was at 11am yet staff came into our room unannounced at 9am and asked when we were leaving. The chrome cast tv in our room was also broken. No mini fridge or microwave in the room which would have been fine if I wasn’t charged so much. Unsure what this facility fee was for when the facility is deteriorating, even if they try to cover it by renovating the lobby. Would not stay again."
