“A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, unfortunately the level of service was poor, we stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced despite leaving the sign on the door, seemed to be a lack of management leadership, staff didn't seem to know what they were supposed to be doing, no urgency even when no food at breakfast.”

“Friendly staffs, really nice breakfests, clean bed&bathroom, perfect location for tour bus, can enjoy listening whatever TV programme they watch in your nextroom. If they have common sense they will lower their volume once you turn on your tv. If not...? Hope you have ear plugs with you. I'd still say it is a great value.”

“Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were super helpful. BUT I specifically booked because it offered included breakfast but there was no food available at all. We were sent a message ON THE DAY we were arriving (ie after the latest cancellation date) to say there would be no food, but staff could advise places to eat.”

“셀프체크인이라 복잡하지 않고 본인의 룸 넘버를 확인하고 키를 가져가면 돼요. 조용한 곳이라 쉬기에는 적합한 장소예요. 가까이에 식료품점이 있어서 물과 간단한 음식을 살 수 있어요. (그 옆에는 피자집도 있지만 전 이용하지 않았어요.) 아침식사는 7:30부터 이용가능하고 전날 저녁 9시까지 주문하면 되는 거예요. (그리고 일부 식사는 take away가 가능하니 참고하세요.) 그리고 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시가 비치되어 있어요. 직원이 없어서 불편할 줄 알았는데 왓츠앱으로 문의하면 바로바로 답변이 오니까 걱정마세요.”

“We stayed in the apartments and had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common area. It had the potential to be incredibly nice. Keep in mind that the building is in the bar district, so you will get a little noise from that. It was like visiting your old friend’s house, it was just surface clean. Dust bunnies under the beds, sticky floor (probably a cleaner residue), mold in a shower. I cracked up at the vase of dead flowers on top of the stove. We were missing a toilet seat, one shower door rail...

“The room was spacious and very nice, the bed was comfortable and we loved the coffee and tea station. We ate at the restaurant several times and they were always understaffed. The staff that were there were working very hard, but there were just too few. We waited at the hostess station for over 10 minutes before someone was able to seat us, then it took forever to order and get our food. The quality of the food was very average. But the location of the hotel was perfect for our activities.”
