“The rooms were comfortable though over-heated for early November. The hot spring pools were amazing; the water composition was great and there were numerous pools of varying temperatures warm enough for the cooler months of the year. Food at the restaurant was great and varied. We also enjoyed the massages at the spa.The receptionist was unable to find our Hotels.com reservation when we checked in, which proved a bit alarming. We trusted they eventually sorted out the issue during our stay.”

“The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The team were extremely polite courteous and helpful. The restaurant is charming. This was an ideal base for Snowboarding away from the noise of Borovets. The reception team can organise shuttles to and from Borovets at a very very reasonable rate but these must be booked beforehand and end at @17.00 hrs. Would definitely recommend this as a base !”

“Overall the hotel wasn’t a bad choice considering how cheap it was per night. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre of town which was great, we booked a locker at the ski hire so didn’t to carry anything back and forth. In the hotel the beds were very comfortable however the building and interiors has not been updated since it was built.
