"No beach view ,shuttle driver was rude ,had to get a taxi from airport to hotel,I would not return here ,and would not recommend."

For what you pay I'd expect a nicer experience but I guess everything in Hawaii is outrageously expensive. Wifi also didn't work which they kindly refunded the hotel fee for, but still, I wasn't impressed. "

"Accessing the room was complicated. There was a way to open two doorknobs at the same time that was not mentioned in the description. Fortunately the manager lives onsite and helped us access the apartment. "
