The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially towards our little dog, which we really appreciated. We had a rooftop room with a balcony, which was a real highlight and gave us wonderful views over Brig and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection, and overall the hotel was a great choice...

"Our apartment was large and clean and looked exactly as pictured online. We were visiting during a major heat wave so no air conditioning was pretty rough. The hotel does provide portable fans but they did not work very well so we had to keep windows open which allowed noise and knats at night. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed the location which was basically on the train platform. Very convenient."
