“The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. “We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others.”

“The stay at Mrs. Doris' Ocean Pearl was wonderful. The cable was out in the room and the water went out the first day, but those were both beyond the hotel's control. Mrs. Doris was absolutely wonderful and was extremely accommodating. This is the perfect destination for those looking to get away from the world and slow down. Go visit Bishop next door and be sure to order the Crack Conch Dinner in the Ocean Peal kitchen.”

“Great place. Literally off grid- no:internet, phones limited to local only, after snorkelers leave for the day you literally are alone( except a grounds keeper who lives there)there is no one for miles
Closest place to Stuart Coves Tiger shark dives without playing three times more at old Bahama bay. this is a cabin on the beach with fantastic snorkeling, sunsets, and starry nights. Only caution is the noseeums- TAKE A BUG REPELLENT.”
