"The lady reception is really helpful. The hotel does not provide baby cot but she go through the extra miles to borrow one for our little one. "

"Very good location. Convenient for folks who wants to explore jonker street. The night market is right in front of the hotel. It has private parking which is very convenient for people driving. It has food right under the hotel. The room is very simple and rather old. Overall it's clean and liveable. We booked a room for our family of 4. I like the spacious room and having a small table for us to eat our dabao food. Aircon remote isn't working that well. In the room, wifi connection is bad....

"Overall the apartment was very nice with wonderful views over the city and mountains, but there was one very big issue with the lower level bathroom. At some time the water heater must have leaked and caused the ceiling to collapse. This must have happened some time ago judging by the mold on the surrounding wall/ceiling. Although this didn’t prevent me from trying to use the shower, I did discover however that the hot water supply had been turned off, I assume because of the leaking water...

"At red house / stadthuys and Jonker Street, super convenient location if you place to visit this area, staff are polite, room are nice, only need to improve mattress, can feel the spring. Please review your bath tower, you say safe the world, but tower so thick so heavy, it's a burden for the world. 1 dissapointed, the spoon use by previous people, staff never wash and put back "

"Very beautiful lobby, feel so relaxed upon entering. Lovely courtyard too. Service is good and staff are very accommodating towards requests. Value for money. Rooms are rather dated, not the cleanest but ok acceptable. Basic amenities provided. Buffet breakfast is very basic but sufficient and menu of hot items changed on the 2 nights we stayed. Very convenient location - near to good dining options and Jonker Street. Walkable to St Paul Hill and A Famosa."

"Great stay overlooking the sea. Only thing is that the shared pool in the apartment needs cleaning as there were tissues in it and the water was not clean. "

"Overall it was a good stay. Room was clean but the bedsheets were quite smelly. Noticed there was a cockroach at the sliding door. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
