"They gave us a free upgrade for our 40th anniversary with ocean view. I’m our room they congratulated us on a nice card and had a plate of different dainties for us. Thank you for making our visit and anniversary so special."

"Everything was great except checking out. I asked for my car to be brought round, and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. I took a seat within 4 feel of the checkout desk, after 20 minutes I asked where my car was in the queue to be brought round. She checked a little cupboard, told me it was waiting outside and gave me the key. Why did she not call me over when the valet brought the key to her - I was sitting right there! Very irritating end to an otherwise good stay. "

"Disappointed that we did not have the water views as expected. Very comfortable room and has a lovely staff. A plumbing problem with the guest room next to ours, when they flushed the toilet ours made a bubbling noise! It kept waking me during the night. No compensation was offered because we "pre-paid" our stay. "
