"The reception was helpful. Since I booked before the parking charge was increased to $25 per day, the lady at the front reception kindly charged the old fee, $20. The room was clean. Maintenance was able to fix the safe which inadvertently locked while I was testing it. The free buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel is centrally located , so no need to drive once you park. As I came for the Royal Victoria marathon, in the morning prior to the start the hotel offered snacks and free bananas which was thoughtful. Of note the marathon start and finish line are just right outside the hotel. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended and I will probably stay there again next year but you gotta book early as it gets sold out very quickly."

"An excellent waterfront property, close to everything we wanted to do over our short 2 day visit. Upon arrival we were surprised with an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with views of the water. It was very much appreciated. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff standout for their kindness, courtesy and helpfulness. Would definitely return when in the area again and highly recommend to anyone searching for a place to stay in Victoria."
