"Great property well located huge huge rooms. The only small hiccup is there’s no air-conditioning but they provide lots of fans. In Victoria, when you’re so close to the water even in the middle of July, we didn’t really need air-conditioning. We just didn’t realize it didn’t have it. I think it’s the age of the hotel. Still great hotel will definitely use it again"

"The room that we stated was pretty clean, location was really good. The parking they have is only valet parking. There’s also no pool. I would not stay there again. Just because they have no pool, I did not like the parking. And the biggest problem for me was you cannot cancel your hotel. They can move your dates, but I tried and they were all booked out. I had to make a lot of adjustments since we traveled by ferry just to make this vacation to happen. I hope this is helpful for somebody."
