"The staff was particularly great at the hotel, all friendly and very helpful. The check in process was so easy - we arrived before our room was ready but the staff set it up so we were notified about the room number via email while we were in the park and had our luggage waiting in the room. The room and hotel were also clean and newly updated."

"Rooms are cosy, simple, well maintained and clean. They accommodated our request to be on a higher floor towards the end of the corridor. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient. "

"The room was perfect with a lovely view. Nicely furnished and well maintained. House keeping did a great job and was courteous. Location was excellent being so convenient to trains and shops and we enjoyed a morning stroll through Victoria Park to the water."
