“Such a great place for families. So many activities on site you don’t have to leave. It’s close to Woolies and Bigw. Canine are clean and tidy with everything you need plus more. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. ”

Simon was helpful and personable. The only negative is I didn't receive arrival information until after we arrived but we located Simon and all was good. Thanks for the great restaurant information. The Pub was excellent!”

“The room we were in was clean and the beds were comfy. Our room was itself was not stair free. Many stairs to climb throughout complex even though there was an elevator it does not access rooms like a traditional hotel. Also if walking anywhere the complex is on a very steep hill so goi g down and up have their own challenges. ”

However, even though we arrived on time during the reception, it was handled with a late check-in without any further contact. I ran not to be late. There was no one at the reception and they didn't contact me. And the shower in the master room broke down and could not be used.”
